It was only fitting that my birthday outfit was all black…
In many pictures this two piece set looks like a dress — but I chose this skirt + crop top set because it was sophisticated with just the right amount of skin showing. I love pencil skirts but they can often be difficult to walk in, so the slit made it easy to make my way around the boat.
I paired this outfit with some of the highest heels I had because I need the extra height! I chose peep toe heels to lengthen my legs because any straps would’ve cut the length of my legs — making them appear even shorter than they are. The zippers details of the crop top and skirt lined up on the right side — which really made it look like a dress at times. I chose silver jewelry to match the zippers — a chunky cuff bracelet along with my rings.
