Or at least I didn’t know about…
This may be my new favorite hike. Kevin found this trail and I am so glad he did. Tucked away in Ramapo is a gorgeous lake with multiple surrounding trails. It is definitely less crowded than the classic two lakes Ramapo Reservation trail. From an athletic hike up to a decrepit castle to a leisurely walk around the lake — there is a trail for everyone.
Of course my vlogging camera died as soon as we got to the stone castle… but I managed to capture some of it. I’ll have to go back for a more thorough vlog!
Nova and Nero did great off the leash! Although Nero was the troublemaker this hike! Only thing I’ll say: he is absolutely a hunting dog.
