Hey guys!
Halloween is only a few days away, and if you’re like me and still don’t know what you’re going to be — I have two words for you : face paint.
Since my nickname is Layna Bayna and Batman is one of my favorite movies — I was Layna Bane for Halloween last year. If you don’t know who Bane is… Click here. My favorite response was when people thought it was an actual mask and couldn’t believe I had hand painted it on my face. And people were definitely scared. I’m sorry I didn’t get to film a YouTube tutorial for my channel, but I’ve been so busy here is a quick breakdown:
** I actually used a photo as a reference instead of a video** This took about an hour and a half to do. After applying foundation + eyeliner, I used the felt-tip black liquid eyeliner to first outline the mask + sections. (Next, you eat a chicken parm hero @canttalk_eating). Then I used black + white face paint and a small paint brush (you can also use an eyeliner brush) to fill in different sections and also mixed gray to fill-in and shade the tubes. Then white face paint to create some highlights and give it a more 3-D look. Use some setting powder to keep it on all night!
You may have to explain to people all night who you are but you’ll scare a few for sure.

L
