Here is one of my favorite Norma Kamali finds from the NK SAMPLE SALE I went to back in May.
I LOVE this diaper dress. But I do have to admit, when I saw this at the sample sale I had absolutely NO idea how to go about putting this dress on. Untied, it looks like a tank top with an insanely long train in the front. It wasn’t until I reluctantly asked the sales associate for help that I truly fell in love with this dress.
I was never a fan of the diaper (“drop-crotch”) pants. Although this dress is similar, I think that the slits created by the cut are flattering and show just enough skin. Another reason I am infatuated with Norma Kamali‘s clothing is that she combines unique statement pieces with chic simplicity.
