I. Love. Dumplings.
So once you get past the long, and a tad bit confusing, name… this place is great! I don’t know why it has taken me so long to listen to my dad and try soup dumplings + steamed buns!
No secret that my Dad and I LOVE to eat — so we basically left no item on the menu unordered. From classic steamed pork soup dumplings to crabmeat + pork soup dumplings to Shanghai Pan Fired Pork Buns. Everything is absolutely delicious. And the best part — you can watch the chef in the back, through a glass window forming and weighing each dumpling while stacking the bamboo steamers.
I also adore the instructions + cartoon printed on the chopsticks. And now I know the proper way to eat soup dumplings!
