So this recipe is usually for Thanksgiving, but after waking up this morning feeling like I was hit by a car — I decided it is a great snack/sauce for whenever you need a little pick-me-up with plenty of vitamin C, E + K. The way we eat it at home is keeping it slightly tart — but if you wish to make it sweeter just add a bit more honey and remove some of the orange rind!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
A Navel Orange
Rinse your cranberries + orange. Cut ends of orange off. You can also cut some of the rind off if you do not wish for it to be too tart!
Add all ingredients to your Vitamix. Blend, baby, blend.
Then put it in the fridge to cool, then enjoy!
So so simple. So so delicious.
