The best sushi in Northern Valley.
So I’m going to let you guys in on one of my best kept secrets… The most delicious sushi in the valley is found at Hoshitori.
Located in the middle of Bi State Plaza on Old Tappan Rd, is a tiny spot with delicious, fresh sushi. The welcoming and friendly service of Jay and Jenny (the owners) + the delicious, innovative dishes make your dining experience very enjoyable. Listed below are the must-haves.
Red Devil Roll:
Inside: Spicy Tuna, Cucumber. Outside: blowtorched tuna (It’s as cool as it sounds) with eel sauce.
Chirashi:
Fresh cuts of fish on top of a seasoned sticky rice. This is my absolute favorite type of sushi. The flower is a great touch!
Tuna Tataki:
Slightly seared tuna on top of a bed of crisp shredded lettuce.
Just make sure you don’t all crowd my favorite spot too much!
