I am a strong believer of food as medicine (and I consider cupcakes medicine for the soul… #sugar). Fire Cider is one of my favorite dietary supplements, especially when I’ve indulged in four slices of pizza or endless sweets. Which I do often. So for all of you who waited until this very Monday, March 7th to start making healthier choices — here’s your first step…

Fire Cider is a tonic made up of apple cider vinegar, oranges, lemons, onion, horseradish, ginger, habanero pepper, garlic, turmeric. Sounds intimidating and honestly, it burns like a tequila shot as it goes down, but this all-organic tonic supports digestive and immune function. Perfect to protect you during the tail-end of flu season.
