It has begun to drop a few degrees a daily, but I’m not quite feeling Fall-like yet.
My number one hack for a late summer/Northeast Fall (or always) is : layers.
This outfit is comprised of two light, and sleeveless, layers. But for the cool Fall mornings that turn into steamy early-Fall days — throw a denim or leather jacket over a denim skirt + crop and you’re set! Nothing is worse than waking up early, getting dressed for your 75°
day morning, and then be sweating by lunchtime.
This crop top is my favorite piece of this outfit. It comes in three perfect Fall shades: burnt orange, slate blue and black. At $20 a pop, there are endless outfit possibilities with these crop tops. They’re super soft, cute front knot, and thing fabric that isn’t suffocating. Pair that with this stretchy FP denim mini and you’ve got an outfit that is comfortable enough to sit in class or at work all day long.
You can buy the crop trop @ Ludovia, the denim mini is on sale HERE (LOVE Free People), a similar denim vest on sale HERE, and classic white Converse HERE. My accessories include Tiffany earrings HERE, Tiffany cuff HERE, and similar rings HERE.
