This is a super easy, quick meal that can be made for breakfast — or whenever because breakfast food should be acceptable all. day. long. However, it is the perfect breakfast sandwich to begin your day with because it has everything you need to kick-start your body: lean protein, healthy fats, and carbs!

NEED:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 whole wheat English Muffin
  • optional : 1 slice cheese of your choosing

COOK:

  • First, toast the English Muffin
  • Next, cook the egg (I chose sunny side up)
  • Then put turkey on griddle or pan
  • Add ingredients to English Muffin
  • Finally, garnish w. red pepper flakes & black pepper
  • Enjoy!
