My new favorite breakfast and it is so easy to make!
Hello foodies!
So this really can be eaten for breakfast, as a snack, or a dessert. I’ve read that it is a good substitute for ice cream, but… I just think it is a good substitute for having ice cream for breakfast.
NEED:
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- Blender
- Toppings of your choice
PREP:
- Slice bananas and freeze overnight.
NEXT:
- Blend the frozen banana chips until whipped.
- Put into bowl and add toppings!
I chose the classic strawberry // blueberry combo + some Matcha Green Tea Power. I also recommend some shaved coconut!
And that’s as Short & Sweet as any of my recipes will get! Since I’m on a serious banana kick right now — if you didn’t catch my dad’s joke on the last FOOD post MAGNOLIA BANANA PUDDING…
